Select NFL teams playing on Thursday Night Football for the rest of the season will be wearing new, monochromatic ‘Color Rush’ jerseys.
The ‘Color Rush’ uniforms are a celebration of the 50 year anniversary since the NFL debuted their first-ever color broadcast of a regular season game on Thanksgiving Day of 1965.
Starting next Thursday, the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets will debut the “Color Rush” uniforms during their Week 10 matchup on November 12. The Color Rush uniforms, which are exclusive to Thursday Night Football games, are saturated head-to-toe by one of the respective team’s current or historic primary colors.
Other squads that’ll be taking part in the ‘Color Rush’ games this season include:
Week 11: Tennessee Titans (Titan Blue) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (Bold Gold)
Week 12: Carolina Panthers (Panthers Blue) vs. Dallas Cowboys (White)
Week 15: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Red) vs St. Louis Rams (Yellow Gold)
