The Golden State Warriors cruised to a 118-105 victory over the Nuggets last night, tying the NBA-record for best start to a season at 15-0. The only other teams to have started with that record are the 1948-49 Washington Capitals and the 1993-94 Houston Rockets.
Next up for the Warriors? A home game against the 2-11 Los Angeles Dumpsterfires, so go ahead and mark down the 2015-16 Warriors as the best start to a season in NBA history.
"It's a huge accomplishment," Curry said of his squad's blistering start. "Obviously, coming off a championship and taking care of business 15 straight times to start the season -- couldn't ask for a better start."
"It's kind of a quiet confidence that we don't feel like we're going to lose anytime soon," Stephen Curry said. "The way we're playing ... we can get even better."
Following Tuesday's game against the Lakers, Golden State has favorable matchups against the Suns, Kings, Jazz and Hornets.
Can't wait to see what the '82-0' Under Armour Curry Two looks like.
